Employment Opportunity Available at Shoreline Water District

Shoreline Water District is currently seeking a Project Manager / Field Inspector for a 6-12 month term, possibly longer.  This position will play a key role in design and construction project management for water system projects.  The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years experience in underground utility design and construction and must have a strong understanding of construction practices including reviewing underground construction plans/drawings and specifications, submittal process, permit applications and change orders.  In this role you will maintain project progress information, ensure projects are on schedule, within budget and prepare cost data for project control analysis and reporting.

 

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

 

Qualifications:

P.E. license in the State of Washington.

Experience in Underground Utility Construction, Understand Utility Design and have Inspection and Construction Management skills. 

Knowledgeable in all areas of underground utility construction from the start through completion and acceptance. 

Excellent computer skills are required.
